As part of the continual improvement, we focus mainly on training programs of our engineers and technicians and are given site-specific training programs so as to meet the customer’s need apart from regular training programs which include refresher courses, soft skill development courses and personality development courses. They are also evaluated periodically based on their performance and behavioral conduct in order to enhance their abilities.
